Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping rates

• Free standard shipping on orders of $45 or more.
• Orders under $45: $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping.

Processing & delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after they ship.
• Our products ship from our partner warehouses, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1–3 days to show updates after the label is created.

Holiday orders

For Halloween, please order by October 15. For Christmas, please order by December 5 for the best chance of arrival before the holiday.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email hello@edenpetco.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.
