Returns & Refunds

We want every pet (and pet parent) to love their Eden order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

• You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
• To start a return, email hello@edenpetco.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and steps.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and free of pet hair, with tags attached where possible.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund – you won't need to send it back.

Size exchanges

Wrong size? Email us within 30 days and we'll help you swap it for another size, subject to availability.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and checked, we'll email you and refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Items we can't accept back

• Items that have been used, washed, chewed or damaged by pets
• Gift cards
• Items returned after 30 days from delivery
