How does it work?

The wand has a tiny camera and a soft light at the tip. It connects to your phone over its own Wi-Fi, so you see a live picture on your screen. Follow the quick-start card in the box to set it up.

Which phones does it work with?

Android 4.4 and above, and iOS 9 and above.

Is it safe to use?

Use it gently, only as far as you can clearly see, and stop right away if anything hurts or bleeds. Do not use it if you have ear pain, discharge, hearing loss, a perforated eardrum or an ear infection, and ask a doctor if you are unsure.

Can children use it?

It is not a toy. Children should only use it together with an adult, and ear care for young children is best discussed with a doctor.
